Bruno Boutleux is the CEO of Adami, French Society for the Management of Author Rights.

Started his career as entrepreneur in the show business (1986-89), until joining CIRFAIR. Initially in the Center of Rock Music Information (CIR), with the objective of creating a Fund for Rock Actions and Initiatives (FAIR), which provided financial and educational support to foster young artists careers.

In 1991 was appointed Director of CIR. In 1993 under his leadership, created the Information and Resources Center for Contemporary Music (IRMA), that combines folk, jazz and rock information centers in a single structure.

In 1995 was appointed Director of the Fund for Musical Creation (FCM). This organization, whose mission is to reunite the Music Industry with the Civil Society, offers financial support to the creation, diffusion and education using the resources from private copy canon and author rights.

Since 2002, Bruno Boutleux leads the Musical Youths of France (JMF), playing a key role in its financial recovery, and redefining JMF policy. With an important mission of artistic education, the JMF is a network that associates more than the 300 premises for the celebration of concerts for young public (500,000 spectators yearly).

As CEO of Adami, will be focused in the continuous defense of private copy and legal licenses, the enforcement of artists and performers’ rights in the digital economy, and the development of Adami abroad.
